Sportix Media Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates as an authorised reseller of the best UK IPTV service. We provide internet-based television subscription plans under this agreement. As a premium IPTV provider UK, we warrant that our streams are governed by reliable uptime and fast service.
We operate as an authorised reseller. We do not host any content ourselves. All streams are provided by our upstream supplier under the terms of our reseller agreement.
You may use our service for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-licence your subscription without our written permission. You must not use our service to stream content in an unlawful manner.
Subscriptions begin on the date of payment confirmation. Plans are available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Upon expiry, service will cease unless renewed. We will send renewal reminders 3 days before expiry.
As a digital goods service, refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase if credentials have not been accessed and the service is found to be non-functional. We will first attempt to resolve technical issues before processing refunds.
Each connection (as specified in your plan) may only be used on one device simultaneously. Multi-connection plans allow concurrent streams equal to the number of connections purchased.
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email and WhatsApp. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party internet providers or upstream content suppliers.
Sportix Media Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding month.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
