We collect: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, device type, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see raw card data), IP address, and usage data.
We process your data under: (a) Contract — to deliver the IPTV service you purchase; (b) Legitimate Interest — to improve our service and prevent fraud; (c) Consent — for marketing communications (you may opt out at any time).
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by HMRC. You may request deletion at any time subject to legal obligations.
